First of all Nigerians are NOT as Uncivilized as the Libyans. Therefore, Libyans need an American College graduate to Light up their candle, to start seeing around them, first of all.
Please, you should NOT have the Mindset that Americans are bad and this will rub off on those they guide!! If this is the case, Why are you still living in USA!!
Some people need One Dose of Medication, While some others may need More. Such is Life!! If it were any Possible, for an Example, I will prefer Nigeria be Colonized again by the British.
